Interim Deputy Principal (Maternity Cover): Curriculum

We would expect our future Deputy Principal to be an outstanding practitioner who would act as a role model for others in the classroom. Although, this post is non class based there would be an expectation of some teaching across academy.

The academy team has an ethos based on collaboration and support with staff sharing strategies and resources to help everyone deliver excellent education. We are proud of our work across the academy in particular behaviour, attendance and personal development and achieved very well within our 2024 outcomes.

Oasis Academy Shirley Park is an inclusive 7-11, (Sixth Form) academy that is committed to giving children the best possible education. We are in a relatively new building with fantastic facilities in the Croydon area with good transport links.
