Oasis Academy Leesbrook is seeking to appoint a dedicated, passionate and driven Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a provision in an academy that been open for just one academic year, that is a part of the Oasis family. Oasis Academy Leesbrook, which opened in September 2018 in temporary accommodation (a state of the art, purpose built property on Middleton Road) will relocate to our permanent home in September 2020, located just off Lees Road.

The Teaching Assistant will work with a small and growing team of staff, supporting students to receive an excellent educational experience, right from the start. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, flexible and committed to ensuring that this school provides the very best opportunities for every single student. This role is essential in the development of the school as it grows in size, year on year, to eventually house 1500 students.

We are therefore looking for an outstanding practitioner with drive and commitment and an unrelenting focus on the progress of all of the students in the Academy. In return, you will benefit professionally from the wealth of expertise and experience of our family of Academies, along with a range of support services based at Oasis National Office.
