Full Time Receptionist – Permanent

Salary: Grade SC2, Anchor Point 4, Range 2-6, starting salary £17,711 Per annum (Term time only, plus 3 weeks)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and optimistic individual to join the Oasis family in this exciting, newly created role. As the welcoming face of the Academy, you will be the first point of contact for information, dealing with requests and receiving parents, visitors, staff, as well as contractors. You will also provide a range of vital administrative and financial support as required. You will need to be a problem-solver who enjoys exercising initiative whilst working at a fast pace.

The ideal candidate will be a friendly and flexible person, with a high degree of professionalism and organisational skills. You will be a superb communicator with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will be competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher). You will be passionate about providing support to the people around you and further our reputation for outstanding customer service. You will also have the ability to produce high quality work in a timely and accurate fashion, demonstrating a methodical approach, and build effective working relationships and rapport with ease.

Oasis Academy Boulton is an inclusive urban primary school in the Handsworth area of Birmingham offering places for children between the ages of 3 and 11.  We are looking to recruit a high quality professional.  We are a good school and our Early Years provision remains exceptional (Ofsted, January 2019).
