About the Role
As Principal, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership & management of the Academy. You will be work closely with the Regional Director, extremely committed staff, and Service Leads, to further improve the Academy and to ensure exceptional education at the heart of the community.

About the Academy
Oasis Academy Temple converted to academy status in July 2018 and is a popular 3-form entry Nursery and Primary with excellent building and learning facilities, serving a thriving, dynamic and diverse community. The Academy forms part of a large Multi Academy Trust and will work closely with five other Primary Academies within the North West region, as well as schools nationally and with close ties to the local authority.
We do not expect you to do this alone. You will enjoy the support and challenge of a Regional Director along with the wider OCL National Team. By being part of a family of 52 Oasis Academies, you will work alongside expert leaders in their field and benefit from a strong support network and partnership with other Oasis Community Learning primaries within the region. You will have many opportunities to share best practice and drive continual improvement, including an annual Regional conference, Regional Improvement Networks and access to a growing CPD programme national.
