Based in Yardley, Oasis Academy Hobmoor is a highly successful, forward-thinking Academy characterized by a strong ethos and a shared passion to help all pupils, staff and community members fulfil their potential. The Academy sits at the heart of the Hobmoor Hub which offers a wide range of services and opportunities for the local community. Rated Good by Ofsted, the academy provides a warm, innovative learning environment for 500 highly motivated pupils.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join the leadership team in this new, exciting role of Operations Manager. The successful candidate will provide strategic support to the academy through developing and managing the administrative support services. With a strong background of office skills you will drive forward strategic direction, efficiency savings and developing key performance indicators together with overseeing Human Resources and Academy Communications.
The successful candidate will be knowledgeable, have proven excellent organisation skills, high expectations and a commitment to providing an exceptional and efficient support service to the Academy in a busy environment. We are seeking a passionate, self-motived and driven individual with good communications skills and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our pupils and community. We are proud of our Academy and hoping to recruit someone just as passionate as we are.

Interviews will be held on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th November. The interview will last approx 2 hours and will consist of a series of small tasks and a question and answer session with an interview panel.
