Our Academy is a fantastic place to study and work and there really is no better time to join our team! We are a forward thinking Ofsted ‘Good’ school and this is reflected in our Year 7 intake which has been oversubscribed for the past two years. We are incredibly proud of all that we have achieved and are looking for a great candidate to join us.

We firmly believe in a structured environment which is founded upon high expectations and no excuses. We believe that all of our students, regardless of starting point, have the ability to fulfil their potential; and through great teaching and learning they will go on to become valuable and happy members of the community in which they live.
We are seeking an inspirational leader for our Humanities faculty for September 2023. The ideal candidate will be a Humanities specialist and will have line management responsibility for the faculty. The successful candidate will be assuming leadership of a well-resourced department that has a relentless focus on raising achievement. This is an exciting opportunity to join our experienced middle leadership team and play a key role in the Academy’s drive to become Ofsted ‘Outstanding’.
