We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Lead HR Business Partner. This exciting new role, reporting into the Head of People Services, has been created as part of the relaunch of the People Directorate and provides a unique and exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of passionate and dedicated HR professionals.
You will be involved in the development and implementation and measurement of an Oasis led employment framework, the delivery of initiatives to enhance the wellbeing of our staff and the creation of an environment of positive people management. As Lead Business Partner, you will line manage a team of HR Business Partners working across the London and South East region and in our national office in London Waterloo. You will also work closely with the senior leaders who oversee our national services and 14 academies within this region.

Our ideal candidate
You will be a chartered member of the CIPD, or possess an equivalent qualification, with proven experience at a Business Partner level preferably within a multi-site organisation dealing with a range of complex employee relations issues including TUPE.
You will have demonstrable experience working with trade unions and possess strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
You must be confident in influencing and building strong relationships with Senior Leaders, and know how to design, develop and implement successful training programmes.
Experience in the education sector and knowledge of School Teacher’s Pay and Conditions is desirable but not essential.
