An exciting opportunity to join the team at Oasis Academy Hadley, Enfield

Oasis Academy Hadley is a mixed, all through academy, situated a state of the art building two minute walk from Ponders End train station.  We are looking for staff to join our growing team:

Assistant Behaviour Leader (Phase 1) to provide support and guidance to children by removing barriers to learning in order to promote effective participation, enhance individual learning, raise aspirations and achievement.

Support Staff Scale 12 – 18 (Outer London) - £20,801 - £23,153 (actual) + Local Government Pension Scheme

37 hours per week, 39 weeks (term time only)
