An opportunity to join our dedicated and passionate REAL Team in one of the largest secondary schools in Bristol.

Oasis Academy Brislington is full of opportunity and potential!  Our philosophy is simple: “Excellence as Standard” in all that we do.  The Academy is housed in an impressive £34.6 million PFI funded building which opened in 2008.  The state-of-the-art facilities offer a modern, flexible, technology-rich environment for teaching and learning making it one of the very best equipped schools in the country.  The Academy is led by Peter Knight, Principal, who has led the Academy on a journey of rapid improvement and has set foundations for the school to be very successful in the near future.

The REAL team is passionate about delivering a stimulating curriculum through engaging lessons which meet our expectation of “Every Lesson, Every Day, Good or Better”.

We require a vibrant technician to support our experienced and successful Art, Design and Technology department. The successful candidate will need to have good organisational and practical skills with the ability to work as part of a team but be able to work on their own initiative when required. Duties will include preparing materials and resources for lessons, setting up equipment for practical sessions, completing routine health and safety checks and helping to create and maintain the excellent display work within the faculty.

Oasis Academy Brislington is part of the Oasis Community Learning family, a multi-academy sponsor with the express purpose of transforming schools into community hubs, through applying a holistic view of education.
