We are seeking to appoint dedicated, passionate and dynamic professionals to provide support to students and their families in order to promote positive engagement with education and learning and improve levels of attainment and attendance.  The successful candidate will be required to promote learner wellbeing and attainment by providing 360 degrees of care, support and challenge to the students and families within their year group.  They will also promote positive attendance and punctuality through the Academy Attendance strategy and provide professional support to vulnerable groups and their families.

The Academy is housed in an impressive £34.6 million PFI funded building which opened in 2008.  The state-of-the-art facilities offer a modern, flexible, technology-rich environment for teaching and learning making it one of the very best equipped schools in the country.  The Academy is currently being led by our Principal Peter Knight, and our strong and committed leadership team has secured rapid improvement.
