Current Oasis Community Learning employees, with the relevant skill set and experience, are invited to apply for the role of National Operations Manager.

This is a key role acting at operational level and reporting to the National Asset Manager, the post holder will take overall operational responsibility for the delivery of Property, Estates and New Projects support services of Oasis Academies across the UK and for assigned ad hoc housing/community project sites as required, ensuring agreed service levels are implemented to the highest standard of service delivery to all Oasis PE&NP internal customers at all times and in-line with academies’/projects education objectives.

This is a senior management role combining technical expertise at a senior level with sound management skills to ensure an effective interface between PE&NP internal services and Academies and other designated community/project sites, ensuring fast resolution of major technical/ employment issues impacting on teaching and learning services.

Some of the key responsibilities are:

- Responsibility for the delivery of high quality, customer focused, Property, Estates and New Projects functions to meet the current and future needs of Oasis;

- Responsibility for the operational deployment of future Property, Estates and New Projects service delivery across the UK for recommendation to the National Asset Manager, effectively anticipating the technical change/growth/budget requirements for effective service delivery at all times in order to improve service levels/customer satisfaction to highest possible level;

- Representing the National Asset Manager, as national head, at Senior Management Team (SMT) and Director level meetings, presenting management information, performance reports and project/technical updates as required and to recommend priorities/solutions where conflicting demands or serious obstacles are/may impact on services;
