We are looking for a dynamic, talented teacher to join our English team.  You will have a passion for learning and teaching in English together with the skills to inspire and motivate our students.

Oasis Academy Hadley is an inclusive all-through, 2 to 18 academy that is committed to giving children the best possible education. High-performing and continuously improving, we are located in our state of the art building, a two minute walk from Ponders End train station.  In June 2016 Ofsted confirmed that the academy continues to be good and is making rapid progress.

Our students enjoy English and make good progress.   The English department is proud of its examination results.  Last summer the English element of Progress 8 was + 0.68 putting Hadley in the top 10% of schools nationally.    A level English is a popular choice with our Sixth Formers.  There are also opportunities for specialist English teaching in the primary phase of the academy.

The Academy’s students make good progress exceeding or equaling national averages.  Each year around 95% of our students progress to university with half to Russell Group universities following a wide range of courses.  Outside the classroom extra-curricular activities provide enrichment opportunities for our students. The work of the Academy is supported by the Oasis Hub Hadley which provides integrated, high quality services that benefit students and their families.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQT or experienced teacher looking to make a difference to the lives of young people. You will join a friendly and supportive team which strives to ensure that all students enjoy their learning and surpass expectations of achievement.  If wish to grow professionally with our Academy join us and become part of the team developing an Outstanding academy.
